We're Andrew & Jasmine, a husband-and-wife team in Falls Church, Virginia. We started Kim Union Harvest because our bodies were telling us what we already knew. The food we were eating wasn't working.
We didn't want another restrictive diet. We didn't want to throw out everything we loved. We just wanted to eat good food and actually feel good after. So we started with flour. Jasmine began freshly milling whole grains, and suddenly bread was enjoyable again. No discomfort. No crash. Just goodness going down smooth. She wove in Korean-inspired flavors, and something clicked.
Andrew wanted to grow our own food, even from a city home. What he found changed everything. Microgreens are nutrient-dense, easy to grow, and harvested fresh the same week you eat them. Grown by us, using organic practices. Once you know what real freshness tastes like, there's no going back.
We didn't reinvent the wheel. We just went back to whole ingredients in the foods we already love. Better flour. Better greens. Better experience. We figured if it changed how we feel, it could do the same for you.
